FLOOR PLAN WITH 3 LOAD BEARERS

This week we are commencing with cutting out and assembling our floor after discussing and planning how the floor should be laid out using SG 8 timber, whether to follow specification to the NZS 3604 laws off table 7.1 where it say a 90x45@400crs SPAN 1.60 meters which would mean we would need to have 3 bearers across our span of 2.4 meters, but in doing this it would make it harder for us to set it up level and flush therefore we have chosen to remove the middle bearer which span is only 100mm over the regulation for a 2kPa floor load.
